Our Policy

1) A Touch of Elegance Covers Croydon & surrounding areas ( within a 2 mile radius) free of charge, we travel to wherever the work takes us (outside of this radius) up to 1.5hrs from our location, although their will be an added travel expense depending on distance from £10 due to extended Travel time, Fuel costs, Toll charges, Mileage, Parking & Congestion charges.

2) Minimum Treatment spend for our Mobile Service is:- £50 (within 2 miles of our location). If outside of this radius the treatment spend may be higher due to distance & time, please make an enquiry to:-

3) All Treatments/Packages/Gift Vouchers at A Touch Of Elegance are non refundable.

4) All Deposits are non refundable.

5) Rescheduling of appointment must be made no later than 48hrs prior to the appointment, if outside of this time frame rescheduling will not be permitted (with the exception of Covid19), Please see below. Please email:- info@elegancemobilespa.com

6) In the unfortunate event that the Client is required to Isolate due to COVID19, rescheduling of the appointment can certainly be carried out, on the condition that a named & dated Lateral flow/PCR test result is provided & emailed to:- Info@elegancemobilespa.com at anytime prior to the appointment.

10) Loyalty Rewards can be redeemed towards any treatment including sale prices. 10% will be refunded on the day of appointment.

11) New subscriber 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other Special Offer or Packages or Aesthetics.

12) OAP 10% discount is valid for Spa treatments only (not valid for Sale items or Aesthetics).

13)  Discounted Gift Cards can be used towards any Spa treatments, and may not be used in conjunction with any other Offer, Sale items or packages.

14) Anti-Wrinkle First Top up is Free ( If within the standard product amount),  and can be carried out no later than 21 days post treatment. If the client requires higher than the standard recommended dose of product at top up due to strong muscle activity, a fee will be incurred for extra product, stronger dosage Top up cost is £20+. Men usually require a much higher dosage.

Please note the Top up booking must be requested by day 14 post treatment, as you can imagine we get extremely busy and usually book one-two weeks in advance, theirfore this could go outside of the 21 day Top up period and will not be allowed. Travel costs also apply at the same original cost, if outside of the 2 Mile Free radius. All subsequent top up treatments after the first initial free Top up costs £20.

15) Clearpay finance:

Can be used in conjunction with

Aesthetic treatments only, Cannot be used in conjunction with sale prices.

16) Clients personal information & data is stored & protected under the data protection act 2018.

17) Spa party offer:

The host to receive 10% discount on all treatments & Free Prosecco for each party (Maximum of 2 bottles). Min spend of £250 applies to receive this offer.

18) Nhs card 10% discount includes all services and can be used in conjunction with Special Offers.
